Abstract
The article describes the case of a 57-year-old man who complained of worsening shortness of breath, light-headedness, and back pain. The patient, who had a history of ankylosing spondylitis, underwent daily chiropractic manipulations under anesthesia (MUA). It is noted that iatrogenic injury after chiropractic manipulation could be devastating.
