Abstract
The article presents a study related to the complexity of hydrolysates. Topics discussed include characterization of hydrolysate through peptide profiling and analysis of the inorganic compounds, use of statistical tools to identify compounds in the hydrolysates correlated with cell growth in CHO cell line, and 2D correlation analysis revealing complex network of compounds.
