Abstract
The article presents a case study on the effectiveness of control measures on the outbreak of 400 cases of lipoatrophia semicircularis in Barcelona. It states that 1,137 cases of lipoatrophia semicircularis were recorded in distinct workplaces (WP) in Barcelona from February 2007 to October 2008. It notes 90 percent of the cases were settled within six months.
