Abstract
The article discusses the state of Bosnia and Herzegovina since the 1995 Dayton Peace Agreement that ended the Bosnian War of 1992-1995 and its Annex 7 on Agreement on Refugees and Displaced Persons. Topics include the five recurrent problems that hinder progress of the country, the efforts to implement the return of refugees and internally displaced persons (IDPs), and the Regional Housing Programme (RHP) which aims to provide housing to beneficiaries.
