Abstract
The article focuses on accuracy of computer algorithm than predicting arrest. Topics discussed include effects criminal justice case processing on criminal suspects, victims and defendants; mention about development ethics of actuarial risk assessment in criminal justice; and highlights performance of risk assessments in clinical or professional judgments.
