Abstract
The article presents a case study of a 34-year old Chinese man with a necrosis of the fingertips and paresthesia of both legs. He was found to obtain a sensorimotor deficiency, palpable lymph nodes in the left axilla, and diminished peripheral pulse. The patient was diagnosed with Kimura disease (KD) following the cutaneous biopsy from the external side of the left foot. Treatments for KD include prednisolone, surgery, radiotherapy of tumour masses, and systemic corticosteroids.
