Abstract
The article reports on a case of Oligella ureolytica bacteremia in a 66-year-old woman patient in whom sepsis was diagnosed. The patient sought treatment for fever, femur fracture, and a right buttock stage III decubitus ulcer. Other topics discussed include the clinical history of the patient, physical examination findings and laboratory results, and patient management.
