Abstract
We present this case to highlight the utility of chimerism analysis in skin to differentiate TEN-like GVHD from TEN. Toxic epidermal necrolysis-like graft vs host disease following orthotopic liver transplantation: a case with skin chimerism Graft vs host disease (GVHD) after orthotopic liver transplantation (OLT) is uncommon but with high mortality rates (75%).1 Toxic epidermal necrolysis (TEN)-like GVHD is difficult to differentiate from TEN.2 Here, we present the report of a TEN-like GVHD after OLT with evidence of skin chimerism and a good clinical outcome.
