Abstract
The article focuses on efforts by neglected tropical diseases (NTD) stakeholders after NTD was omitted from the eight Millennium Development Goals (MDG) adopted by the United Nations and its member states in 2000. Topics covered include the establishment of new organizations and collaborations, the success of public-private partnerships in securing resources and developing tools and strategies to support the fight against NTD, and achievement in terms of global health policy and financing.
