Abstract
The article describes the case of acute renal allograft failure in a 31-year-old female patient with vasculitis. Topics discussed include the symptoms of the patient such as headache, polyarthralgia, epistaxis, fatigue and vomiting, factors considered that led to the diagnosis of destruction of the renal transplant, namely, the presence of donor-specific antibodies (DSA) and focal necrotising glomerulonephritis, and significance of the novel diagnostics used in the case.
