Abstract
The authors reflect on Low Vision Service Model Evaluation (LOVSME) project, which aims to profile low vision (LV) services in Great Britain. They state that profiling exercises were conducted among selected service providers in 2009 through questionnaires, visitation of the research team, and the joint completion of an agreed report. They also note that the Assessment Framework will benefit future researchers to identify cost effective service models for service users (SUs).
