Abstract
This article discusses a case study of a previously healthy young male who developed large vessel vasculopathy and recurrent thrombosis after recovering from COVID-19. The patient presented with acute limb pain and was found to have hypercoagulability and evidence of chronic endothelial dysfunction. Radiological and histopathological evidence showed damage to the arterial walls and thrombosis. The study suggests that persistent endothelial dysfunction and hypercoagulability may contribute to post-COVID-19 thrombosis, and further research is needed to understand the mechanisms and identify effective treatments.
