Abstract
The article presents a study on the influence of serum storage condition on the stability of microRNAs. The study used several methods such as quantitative real time polymerase chain reaction (qRT-PCR), t-test and Bioanalyzer quantification. It highlights the potential use of miRNAs as biomarkers due to its stability in stored samples.
