Unexpected uterine malignancy following laparoscopic hysterectomy with morcellation.

Abstract
The article discusses four cases of mechanical morcellation of occult rare leiomyosarcomas (LMSs) win women diagnosed in 2012-2013. These include a 53 year old health woman who had laporascopic hysterectomy (LH) with morcellation, a 54 year old health woman who had LH and chemotherapy for disseminated disease but suffered from chemo-induced cardiotoxicity and 43 year old woman who had LH with morcellation of a large, cystic degenerate fibroid.
