Abstract
The article focuses on promoting diversity and inclusion in orthopaedic leadership, highlighting challenges faced by Black orthopaedic surgeons in academic practice. Topics discussed include barriers to recruitment and retention, the role of national orthopaedic societies in improving inclusion, and strategies for increasing representation of Black orthopaedic surgeons in leadership positions.
