Abstract
The article presents a case study of a 48-year-old man with an itchy, brownish-red, squamous plaque in the pubic region. Topics include macules as well as the hypochromic halo showing a whitish fluorescence consistent with vitiligo; and histopathology of the pubic plaque and one tattoo papule demonstrating naked noncaseating granulomas composed by epithelioid histiocytes and multinucleated giant cells.
