Abstract
The article presents a case study of a 40-year-old woman with a history of paroxysmal visual disturbances. Pathologic examinations revealed a myxomatous lesion with hemorrhage and transophageal echocardiogram shows left atrial myxoma. She undergoes craniotomy to remove the hemorrhage. The article discusses atrial myxoma with primarily osteolytic embolic dissemination which is commonly located in the left atrium but it can also affect the other atrium and ventricles.
