Abstract
In conclusion, we have identified healthcare disparities in NP diagnosis, with SoC versus non-SoC patients having longer time to diagnosis and presenting with more severe disease. Dear Editor, Nail psoriasis (NP) has substantial impact on patient quality of life (QOL) and is associated with significant risk of psoriatic arthritis. NP images in the public domain are similarly skewed toward lighter skin types, and efforts to diversify images might lead to earlier NP diagnosis and improved QoL. [Extracted from the article]
