Abstract
The article presents keynote address delivered by the author at the Organization of American Kodaly Educators ( OAKE) 2015 Conference that was held in 2015 in Minneapolis, Minnesota. The author discussed the Kodaly method of music education; how to measure success as teachers of music and how young teachers understand that they can analyze and teach important musical concepts in any piece of music.
