Abstract
We report an intriguing case of successful pregnancy and lupus anticoagulant remission after gluten-free diet in a woman affected by coeliac disease and antiphospholipid syndrome. Moreover, other studies showed that coeliac disease could be associated with antiphospholipid syndrome, showing an increased risk of thrombosis, organ infarction and poor pregnancy outcome.[5]-[7] In the present case, a targeted screening for adverse pregnancy outcome had identified subclinical coeliac disease, as well as APS.
