Abstract
The article describes the case of a 12-year-old girl diagnosed with annular erythematous plaques as manifestation of vasculitis in primary Sjögren's syndrome. Topics covered include how the diagnosis of Sjögren's syndrome had been established, the findings from laboratory examinations and lesional punch biopsy from the second finger and the treatment given the patient.
