Abstract
The article titled "Expression of Concern: ¿6ß4 integrin activates Rac-dependent p21-activated kinase 1 to drive NF-¿B-dependent resistance to apoptosis in 3D mammary acini" published in the Journal of Cell Science raises concerns about potential issues in a previous publication from 2007. The concerns involve a duplication of control blots in Figures 2A and 4A, as well as a possible overlap between panels in Figure 6C and Figure S3A. The authors were able to retrieve the original blots for Figures 2A and 4A, but the original data for Figures 6 and S3 could not be found.
