Abstract
The article discusses the mutation of Wilms' tumor 1 (WM1) gene on chromosomes. Mutation in WM1 were identified at 10-15 percent of acute myeloid leukemia (AML) and 20 percent of biphenotypic leukemia. The article analyzed a case involving a cohort of 218 AML cases for WM1 mutations and the procedure involved. It also presents a chart related to the findings of the experiment.
