Abstract
The article presents several case studies about granulomatous hypophysitis, a chronic inflammatory condition of the pituitary which present with a specific lesion such as tuberculosis, sarcoidosis, and syphilis. Case reports being discussed include a 48-year old woman presented with frontal headache as well as a 41-year old man presented with headache and gradual diminution of vision in both the eyes.
