Abstract
This article discusses a rare case of plasmacytoma, a type of plasma cell neoplasm, with clear cell morphology. The patient, a 75-year-old woman, presented with weakness, pain, and breathlessness. Imaging tests revealed a lesion in the right pleural cavity. Histopathological examination and immunohistochemistry were performed, leading to a diagnosis of plasmacytoma. The article highlights the unusual appearance of the neoplastic cells and recommends considering this entity when encountering a neoplasm with clear cell morphology in soft tissue.
