Abstract
The article discusses the development and use of on system-dynamic tools in decision making with the support of modern control decision support systems (DSS). Topics include simulation model of a region based on system dynamics principles, the use of various scenarios of changing input factors to analyze the sensitivity of the Rostov region economy in Russia, and the scenarios determined the main risks and threats that affect the development of the region.
