Abstract
Colonic lymphoma is a rare disease. The presented case is unique, being manifested with abrupt onset, including circulatory shock and lactic acidosis as the initial presentation. Although rare, colorectal lymphoma should be included in the DD of patients with abdominal symptoms. Shock and lactic acidosis can be an initial presentation of colonic lymphoma. Diagnosis is mostly based on pathology and the evaluation of ascites. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
