Abstract
At room temperature, the new compound RbNa(SO)(SeO).Te(OH) crystallizes in the monoclinic system with space group P2/ c. The unit cell parameters are: a = 13.655 Å (4), b = 6.681 Å (4), c = 11.497 Å, β = 107.07° (3), V = 1002.60(5) Å, Z = 4 and ρ = 3.26 g.cm. The structure is stabilized by interplanar O-H···O hydrogen bonds involving all the H atoms that belong to the OH groups of the Te(OH) octahedra. Raman spectra of the material recorded at various temperatures (300-500 K) in the frequency range 100-1000 cm and IR spectra achieved at room temperature between 600 and 3500 cm, confirm the presence of all the phase transitions detected in the material and show that anionic groups coexist independently in the same crystal.
