Abstract
The article discusses a case of congestive heart failure as the presenting sign of cardiac reactive amyloid A (AA) associated with systemic sclerosis (SSc) managed and treated with anti-tumor necrosis factor (TNF). It utilizes mizoribine, salazosulfapyridine, and low-dose glucocorticoid to examine and treat the patient. It mentions that after a patient was then treated with a combination of such drugs, patient's cardiac symptoms were in stable condition.
