Abstract
The article presents case study of 64-year-old male patient presented to our emergency department with newly perceived chest pain. It mentions Left ventricular outflow tract (LVOT) pseudoaneurysm usually presents with non-specific symptoms including chest pain, dyspnea, and cough; and patient chose surgery, and unfortunately he died after surgery from sudden cardiac arrest.
