Abstract
The article reports that New York City (NYC) has become foci of monkeypox (Mpox) outbreak in May 2022. It mentions that investigation data from mpox cases reported to the NYC Department of Health and Mental Hygiene (DOHMH) surveillance system have a high degree of completeness for gender, race or ethnicity, sexual orientation, and clinical signs and symptoms.
