Abstract
The article attempts to discuss what Kentucky is doing to ensure that its programs are rigorous and accountable. The state is not leaving high-quality career and technical education to chance, with a comprehensive assessment program currently in place. It programs are required to be rigorous, accountable for student outcomes, and must include stakeholder involvement.
