Abstract
The article presents a study on the development of effective therapy of intoxications caused by Shiga toxin type 2 Stx2 and generation of high titers of protective antibodies. The study reveals the use of inactive toxin variants in retaining the maximum number of immunogenic epitopes specific for biological active form for vaccination against the toxins. The study concludes the high immunogenic properties and absence of pathogenic effect in antibodies in blood of immunized animals.
