Abstract
The article present a case study of a 67-year-old male with a history of generalized abdominal pain and obstipation. It mentions a computed tomography (CT) scan revealed distended, faecally loaded small bowel loops suggestive of bowel obstruction with a transition zone identified in the left lower abdomen; and also mentions principles of laparoscopic management of internal herniae were applied.
