Abstract
The article offers information on the use of multiomic profiling and multivariate modeling to investigate the biological signatures of maternal characteristics associated with preterm birth (PTB). By analyzing plasma samples from pregnant women, machine learning models showed robust performance in predicting PTB, time-to-delivery, maternal age, gravidity, and BMI.
