Abstract
The article presents a study which describes two patient conditions following allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantations (allo-SCT) who develop biopsy-proven bronchiolitis obliterans (BO) that responded well with tyrosine kinase inhibitors (TKIs). It implies that developed BO responds poorly to corticosteroids or immunosuppressants. It recommends that new treatment options are urgently needed to inhibit the progression of BO.
