Abstract
The article presents a case study of a 43 years male who was admitted to emergency room with left flank pain related to nausea and vomiting. It offers information on wunderlich syndrome related to renal hematoma focused on hemorrhage into the subscapular or perirenal space without trauma. It mentions that the patient feel hypertension for 6 months with chronic kidney disease.
