Abstract
The article discusses a study which investigated the dosimetric effect of intra-fractional variation in deep inspiration breath-hold radiotherapy (DIBH) levels for radiotherapy. Topics discussed include free breathing and DIBH treatment plans for patients with non-small cell lung cancer, workflow for the intra-fractional robustness evaluation, and the dosimetric intra-fractional robustness of DIBH plans based on DIBH scans and dose summation.
