Investigates the retinoblastoma-binding protein-related gene encoding an antigenic epitope in human carcinoma and normal testis. Antibodies used in identifying the genes; Use of western blot analysis and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay in determining the immunoreactivity of the amino acids in the epitope; Examination on the gene expression in cancer and normal tissues.
