Abstract
The article offers a summary of the current evidence surrounding gender inequity and sexual harassment within the pharmacy profession. Topics covered include the gaps with regards to the recognition and promotion of women, the discrimination and harassment in the workplace experienced by women, and steps that can help create a pharmacy profession that equally nurtures all of its members.
