Abstract
The article discusses a case of an older female patient with very late-onset multi-drug resistant schizophrenia-like psychosis (VLOSLP). Topics mentioned include the effectiveness and safety of electroconvulsive therapy for long-term prognosis of late paraphrenia and VLOSLP , the use of low-dose risperidone, the symptoms experienced by the patients, and the patient's global clinical dementia rating, mini-mental state examination, and frontal assessment battery scores.
