Abstract
Organic solar cells using titanylphthalocyanine as a hole transport layer (HTL) were fabricated and characterized. Photovoltaic properties of the solar cells with inverted structures were investigated by optical absorption and current density-voltage ( J-V) characteristic. The titanylphthalocyanine was mainly used as a buffer layer instead of PEDOT:PSS, and worked as HTL protecting the active layers. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
