Abstract
The article notes the effects of rapamycin in combination with fludarabine on primary chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) cells. Topic includes analysing the synergistic effect in cells by combining them with fludarabine treatment in peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMC) from Chronic lymphocytic leukemia patients, evaluating B-cell lymphoma (BCL-2) in CLL patients, and using purine analogs in combination with other pharmacological agents for CLL therapy.
