Abstract
The article discusses the U.S. court case Direct Technologies LLC v. Electronic Arts Inc. which deals with copyright infringement and trade secrets. A background of the case is provided wherein technology firm Direct Technologies LLC filed a lawsuit against software firm Electronic Arts Inc. for copyright infringement after Electronic Arts sent a prototype of flash drives that Direct designed to a Chinese firm that manufactured the drives.
