The article discusses the emergence of a monkeypox (Mpox) cluster primarily affecting persons previously vaccinated against Mpox in Chicago, Illinois from March 18 to June 12, 2023. Topics include characteristics of patients with mpox, by vaccination status, findings on preliminary medical record review, and factors that can help prevent mpox.
