Abstract
Let (R , m) be an excellent generalized Cohen-Macaulay local ring of dimension d that is F-injective on the punctured spectrum. Let q be a standard parameter ideal of R. The aim of the paper is to prove that l R (q F / q) ≤ ∑ i = 0 d ( d i ) l R (0 H m i (R) F). Moreover, if q is contained in a large enough power of m , we have q F / q ≅ ⊕ i = 0 d (0 H m i (R) F) ( d i ) . [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
