Abstract
This document is a retraction note for an article titled "Rifaximin alters gut microbiota profile, but does not affect systemic inflammation - a randomized controlled trial in common variable immunodeficiency" published in Scientific Reports. The authors have retracted the article because they discovered that 26% of the participants in the trial may have been using probiotics, which was an exclusion criterion.
