Abstract
The article discusses role of leadership in the urology business. Topics discussed importance of physician leadership in dealing patients and business team, roles of physicians as managers and leaders, and optimal mix of cooperation and competition for the attainment of shared goals. It further discusses role of leadership for the management of the business.
