Abstract
The article presents a case of an 11-year-old boy who was rushed to a hospital due to right otalgia, purulent otorrhea and swelling for two days following hot tub exposure. His computed tomography scan revealed subcutaneous emphysema, soft tissue phlegmon, and gas along the pinna. He was diagnosed with Actinomyces malignant otitis externa (MOE).
