Autosomal dominant polycystic kidney disease (ADPKD) is characterized by the development of numerous renal cysts leading to kidney enlargement and chronic kidney disease (CKD) [[1]]. The use of a visual 4-point scoring scale improves the yield of SP 18 sp F-FDG PET-CT imaging in the diagnosis of renal and hepatic cyst infection in patients with autosomal dominant polycystic kidney disease.
